I bought credits and they did not appear

Write to us with the date and time of the purchase and the pack you bought — never your password or card number. Apple's receipt email has everything we need.

Where is the Restore button?

Credits are consumable, like coins in a game, and Apple does not let consumables be restored. They stay in this device's Keychain, even if you delete and reinstall the app, but they do not move to a new phone.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles every payment and every refund: reportaproblem.apple.com.

A lookup says the profile is private or not found

Salaryguessr only reads public profiles. Check the link opens the profile itself, not a video; short links (vm.tiktok.com, youtu.be) point to a video. No credit is spent on a failed lookup.

How are the estimates made?

From public numbers: followers, average views per post, how often the creator posts, which posts are sponsored, and what their niche pays. The app's Settings → How estimates work shows every step. They are estimates, never a payslip.

I am a creator and want my profile excluded

Write to us from an address we can link to the account, or with a link to the profile and a way to confirm it is yours.

How do I delete my data?

We hold nothing that identifies you. Your history is on your phone: delete it from the History tab. See the privacy policy.
